What you will need to bring
Tent or caravan for your 10m by 5m team site.
B.B.Q and your team food (optional)
Lights - both front and rear (min four hours power per team - 12 hour teams only)
Bike helmet, gloves, a reliable bike and glasses (to prevent bugs in your eyes)
Credit card or cash for event day specials, food and/or bike repairs

Fire extinguisher if you have a gas BBQ or heater
Drink bottle.

Note:
1. The average maximum air temperature is 15 deg and there is a possibility of a frost if a clear night.
2. Sunset is 6.30pm
3. Hot food will be available to purchase.
4. No charging facilities are available.

Souvenir Clothing

Souvenir event t-shirts are available for purchase by pre-order only at the special price of $35.00. These quality combed cotton t-shirts are available in both men's and women's styles and are chocolate brown in colour.

Men's shirt is available in the following sizes:   S, M, L, XL, XXL

Women's shirt is available in the following sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL

Team Sites
Each Team will be allocated a 10m by 5m site around the course within Spa Park.
The course weaves among the sites, which creates an awesome atmosphere throughout the event. You may erect a tent plus park a maximum of one vehicle on your site.
You will receive your team site allocation at registration. If you wish to have a site next to another team, then both teams must report to registration together. Then you need to drive into the event venue together. No guarantees but the earlier you register the better chance of this happening.
Please Note:
Team rider changes occur at YOUR SITE and completed laps will be recorded as your rider crosses through the recording zone.

Jamis Demo Bikes

Jamis will have a range of their latest bikes for you to test ride on the Day Nighter track. This is a great opportunity to try a bike in real conditions.

If you are thinking of upgrading or just want to try a different type of ride make sure you put the Jamis demo tent on your to do list. To avoid disappointment we suggest you book a time beforehand by emailing rosie@adventurebrands.co.nz

Bikes will be available on Saturday between 10am and 6pm only. Credit card security will be required.

Covered Team Sites

A limited number of 3m x 4.5m covered team sites in a large shared marquee are available at $125 each. These must be pre-ordered and all have frontage onto the track.

Jamis Day Night Thriller

Medals: Medals will be awarded to the top teams in each grade plus a trophy for the first bike shop team.

Bike Repairs
The team from Top Gear Cycles will be on site in the main marquee to assist with any mechanical problems. They will also have a merchandising area with heaps of event day specials, a must to visit.
