| The Event Don't
miss this unique, exhilarating Mountain Bike Relay event. This was
the largest MTB event in New Zealand last year with over 3,000 riders.
Individuals, teams of
two/three or four/five compete on an 8km, 30 minute circuit over
12 hours from 10.30am to 10.30pm or 6 hours from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
Both grades ride the same circuit which has been specifically designed
for the event to cater for riders of all ability levels.
The track includes fast
open park grounds, awesome downhill, pine needle covered forest
tracks, challenging single tracks and magnificent scenery including
the mighty Waikato River.
A popular option for kids is the Hell Pizza Little Devils Ride.
An exciting 7km ride starting at 9.15am and riding one lap of the
Day Night track through tent city to the finish line. This is an amazing experience open to little devils aged between 8-13
years. The ride is supervised by experienced mountain bike
riders.

Registration
This is at the Taupo Events Centre, AC Baths Avenue on
Friday 10th Sep 4pm - 8:30pm and
Saturday 11th Sep 7.30am - 8.30am. The event venue Spa Park is only 500m from the Taupo Events Centre.
Venue/Start Area
The event is based at Spa Park, County Ave, Taupo. Once at Woolworths, which is at
the round-a-bout on S.H.1 , travel up Spa Road and turn left into County Ave. Spa Park is located at the bottom of County Ave.

Bike Shop Challenge
A trophy will be awarded at prizegiving for the fastest " Bike
Shop Team". Get your bike shop team together and take the "others"
on head to head. 2009 winners were AvantiPlus Waitakere. (They want
to keep the trophy!)
Limited Numbers
Team entries are limited to 750 teams. There is no
ruling that you must ride in any particular order or number of laps.
Late entry fee applies from 31 August 2010
Timing Services
ChampionChip Timing will be providing race timing. Accurate
and regular up-to-date results will be available.
